Hey parents, it’s that time of year again. Target’s car seat trade-in event is officially returning. It kicks off April 5th. Which is a perfect time if you are doing some spring cleaning and you are looking to unload items your kids have outgrown.
Upgrading your kiddo’s car seat is simple. Just bring on old car seat or base into a nearby Target and drop it in the designated box inside the store. Then open your target app to scan the code on the box. If you need help you can talk to someone at guest services. Then open your wallet in the Target app and view “Extra offers” to find your coupon and even more contactless savings. Then click the green checkmark next to the offer and place your order online or scan your barcode at the register. By trading in your old seat or booster you will get a coupon for 20% off a new seat, stroller or select baby gear. So while you safely dispose of your old and used seat, you come home with something new at a discount. The ccoupon will be good for both instore and online purchases through May 1st.
The car seat trade-in event is happening from April 5th through April 17th. Just double check your local store to make sure it’s participating before you lug that car seat in.
