For many people it is stressful to see grays showing up in your hair or even beards. While gray hair can be caused by genetics, age and stress. It can also show up due to a lack of certain vitamins and minerals in our diets. There are certain foods that you can add in to help slow down the process.
Lack of B12 – Liver and Chicken are great foods to add into your diet because they are full of B12. Stress uses up vitamin a lot, so making sure you keep adding them in on a daily basis will help.
Some experts even said that taking large doses of certain B vitamins like B6,B12 and folic acid could even reverse the process of graying in three months.
Chickpeas – They have the highest concentrations of vitamin B9 and also folate or folic acid.
Spirulina – The blue green algae that grows in oceans and salty lakes. Adding this can also help you avoid the gray longer.
