Turns Out We Have Been Making PB&J Sandwiches All Wrong

One of the most popular sandwiches that you can find in just about any kids lunch is a PB&J. In fact, some adults still enjoy it for lunch every day. (My husband is one of them, during the school year I will make about 150 of them)
However, I am now learning that I have been making them all wrong this whole time. Who would of thought that there was a right and a wrong way to make a PB&J.
Don’t Spread The Peanut Butter On Just One Side – If you want to avoid a soggy sandwich, spread the PB on both sides to prevent sogginess.
We Are Using The Wrong Jelly – A great way to upgrade the taste and to save some extra calories or carbs is to reach for a jam or jelly that has less sugar.
Don’t Skimp On The Ingredients – If you want to have the perfect bread to peanut butter to jelly ratio. You should rethink that amount of ingredients you are adding. Spread about an eighth to a quarter of a inch of each spread to have the perfect ratio in each bite.
