With everything that has been going on in the world right now, it’s a struggle some days to be happy. We all have our good and our bad days.
There are some things that you can do that can bring you a smile or even a laugh when you need it the most.
It’s Okay to say “no” – We all have limits. There is nothing wrong with telling someone that you can’t help them right because you already have other things going on. Or you can tell them that you can help later on when you don’t have so much on your plate.
Gratitude Is a Great Thing – It’s important to take a moment to be thankful and reflect on the things and the people you have in your life right now. 
Take Care Of Your Body – Taking good care of yourself by making sure you have enough sleep, being active and eating healthy will help you have a positive outlook on life.
