A new study found out that maybe a glass of wine or a pint of beer could help middle-aged and elderly people starve off dementia and maintain brain power. About eight drinks a week for women or fifteen drinks a week for men can reduce the rate of cognitive decline; which could lead to better overall mental health, word recall and even vocabulary.
