This Lemonade Will Help With Your Headaches and Anxiety

With summer on the way, one of my favorite beverages to enjoy is LEMONADE. While the store bought stuff will always due in a pinch. When it’s made from scratch makes it that much better. Right now, a lot of people are experiencing more anxiety than normal. So if you want to enjoy a nice cool refreshing drink and help with your nerves this might just be for you.
Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of dried lavender or a 1/2 cup of fresh lavender
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice which is about 2 lemons
1/2 cup sugar or 1/3 cup of honey or your choice of sweeter
4 cups of cold water
Directions
You will need to make Lavender tea. Bring the 1 cup of water to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add the lavender and leave it in there to infuse. It’s best if you cover this and let it sit for about 15 minutes or so.
Then over a pitcher, drain the infused lavender water through a fine mesh strainer. Add lemon juice, sugar. Mix this all together. Then add in the cold water.
Let it refrigerate for about an hour or two.
