There are some people that really can’t tell the difference between 1% and 2% milk. Then you have those that think Skim Milk is the only way to go.
Thanks to a new study, turns out the type of milk you drink could help you live longer and slow down the aging process. The study found that adults who are drinking 2% and whole milk may be adding years of biological age. They study was done with close to 6,000 U.S. Adults and that every 1% increase in milk fat – as in you’re drinking 2% over 1% adding in more than four years in additional biological aging. They also found that those that drink milk that isn’t cow milk like, almond, or oat milk they also are aging quicker.
