Blake Shelton in Cosmo - Ladies if you love country boys, then listen to Blake's advice
Posted: 08/20/2011 by JD
Blake is in the September Issue of Cosmo Magazine and offers tips to women on how to appeal to men.
You have to be BFFs: “As a man, you want a woman who makes you want to be buddies with her as much as you want to be romantic with her.”
You stick to your guns: “That confidence is very attractive.”
You chill on his turf: “Every guy wants the kind of woman who is going to be okay going to a sports bar.”
You flaunt your talent: “Men and women should use whatever they’ve got to continue to impress the other person.”
You don’t overtalk: “No guy wants to hear constant chatter…It’s much more attractive to a guy when you’re cool and collected.”
You bond with his boys: “I’ve always liked when a woman can blend in with my friends and not just sit in a corner.”
You hang at home: “The truth is that most guys don’t love going out all the time.”

Blake Shelton has signed on as the fourth musician coach on NBC's new talent competition The Voice, joining stars Adam Levine of MAROON 5, Chistina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green. Each coach will choose the singers they want on their team and develop them as musical acts. America will then get to vote on which singers stay in the competition and which ones go home.
Says Blake, "I'm not sure the The Voice knows what they signed on for by bringing me on the show. I know this for sure; Christina, Cee Lo, Adam and I are going to have a blast, and I am extremely excited to be part of a show that recognizes true vocal talent."
The grand prize winner of The Voice will get a recording contract and a hundred thousand bucks. The series debuts on NBC Tuesday, April 26th at 9:00 p.m. ET.
