Drinking An Extra Cup Of Coffee Could Help With Weightloss

For many of us, we like to start our day off with a cup of coffee. You may want to start having an extra cup here and there because it could help with weight loss. But there is a catch to this.

A new study found that adding an extra cup of unsweetened coffee daily could help with weight loss, without making any other changes to your diet. Now it was a huge loss about a quarter of a pound over four years.

Now if you were to add just one teaspoon of sugar into that coffee it will cancel the effects and could even increase your weight over the four years.
